After 20 years of winning awards and new business on the agency side of things, I’m currently working on the brand side as Babbel’s first ever Executive Creative Director. Why? Well, the chance to help build a company’s internal agency capabilities from scratch was a challenge I couldn’t pass up. It’s allowed me to build on my strengths—mentoring creatives, fighting for their best interests, bringing together departments across a global company, creating happy, collaborative working environments, and making smart, cool stuff with good people. Because, ultimately, that’s what it’s all about. The people. Happy people make great work and great work makes for happy people.
